th444 Terms & Conditions - Legal Agreement for Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and th444.cam ("th444", "we", "us", "our"), operated under license from the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). This Agreement governs your use of the th444 online gaming platform, including all games, services, and features offered through our website and mobile applications.

By registering for a th444 account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all other rules and policies posted on the th444 platform. Each individual may maintain only one (1) account with th444. Creating multiple accounts, using another person's account, or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds and winnings.

1.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must immediately notify th444 of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. th444 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

2.1 Deposit Methods and Requirements

th444 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other Philippine banks), and cryptocurrency (USDT). The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100), and the maximum deposit limit varies by payment method and account status. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

You must use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. th444 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that we suspect violates this policy or applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

2.2 Withdrawal Processing

5.2 Consequences of Termination

Upon account termination, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited. Your real money balance, minus any outstanding debts or amounts subject to investigation, will be returned to you within thirty (30) days via your original deposit method. th444 reserves the right to withhold funds pending completion of any investigation into suspected violations.

5.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, your account balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to you after completion of any pending investigations or wagering requirements.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the th444 platform, including but not limited to software, games, graphics, logos, text, images, audio, video, and trademarks, is owned by th444 or our licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from th444 without our express written permission.

The th444 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of th444.cam. Use of these marks without our authorization is strictly prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

th444 strives to maintain 24/7 platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, upgrades, or to address security issues. th444 is not liable for any losses or damages arising from service interruptions.

7.2 No Warranties

th444 services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be error-free, secure, or continuously available. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, we disclaim all warranties including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, th444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of th444 services shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

If the issue cannot be resolved through support channels, you may escalate your complaint to management.
